Over the past few years Bobbie Matulja has been researching those, from the two parishes, who lost their lives in World War I and II. These have been a key part of the annual Remembrance Service and now their stories are available on the Boraston Parish website

James Richard Jones

James was from Nash and died in North Africa in 1940, aged 21, and is buried at El Alamein
